About Us

 Colorado DP Consulting is the leader in home-based Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD) consultation, assessment, and education services. We provide specialized care, support, and education to our clients and families based upon their unique challenges and needs. Our consultants work closely with client's healthcare providers for additional support and to ensure continuity of care.  We are certified through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Through combined experience, we've been committed to the honor and service of Colorado senior citizens for 35 years. We're comprised of Dementia Practitioners (CDP), Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainers (CADDCT) , Dementia Support Group Facilitators (CDSGF), Certified Senior Fitness Specialists (SFS), and Nutritional Coaches (NC). We are specifically trained to assist and educate seniors, families, and healthcare teams as they incorporate the disease process into their daily lives and care for those along their journey.



 We encourage independence through utilization of home safety assessments and fall prevention education to establish and maintain a safe home environment. We listen to our clients and families to help them overcome barriers and improve quality of life for loved ones. 

We utilize non-pharmaceutical principles, therapies, and techniques to enrich our client's everyday lives. We incorporate person-centered care, nutritional coaching, and specialized senior fitness plans to support cognition, nutrition, agility, and longevity. 

 We love our seniors and families. We're committed to the preservation of dignity and quality of life for those affected with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).  We are dedicated to the well-being and advocacy for our clients. We strive to improve the lives of loved ones who choose to remain in their homes and will also provide transitional assistance into a higher level of care, when needed.
