Colorado DP Consulting is a Colorado-based, consultative group of  Dementia Practitioners (CDP),  Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainers (CADDCT),  and Dementia Care Support Group Facilitators (CDSGF).  We specialize in care, support, and education for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).  We support  clients, families, and healthcare teams  as they navigate the disease process and support those affected throughout their journey.  Our focus is person-centered, superior care as we utilize best practices to exceed industry standards. We are nationally certified through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). While we are Colorado-based, our services extend to all 50 states and United States territories.
